Why it’s time to forget the pecking order at work

I was watching TED Talks this morning and saw this one today and found it very interesting.

Groups whose members scored higher on the “Reading the Mind in the Eye” test did better as a group (because they aware of each others’ emotions more).

I found two tests online (that appeared to be a little different):





I took both and scored 25 and 29 respectively (out of 36) – which averages to 27.  The average (of all people taking the test) is 26.2.  So, I might be a little above average.  Take this interesting test and find out for yourself how you recognize emotion and thinking via the eyes.
